Ukraine is drawing up a roadmap for implementing the Minsk Agreements, containing clear timelines, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
“The nearest steps include a meeting in the Normandy format, and I believe we will be able to settle a lot of key and truly complex elements of the Minsk Agreements at this meeting,” Zelensky said at a press conference with Finnish President Sauli Niinisto in Kyiv on Sept. 12.
Zelensky said this meeting “will be the nearest contact with Russian President Putin.”
