MOSCOW – The State Duma Council made a decision on Sept. 25 to send a Russian delegation to the fall session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), State Duma Deputy Speaker and delegation head Pyotr Tolstoy said.
“Today, the State Duma Council made a decision to send the delegation to the PACE. Therefore, the delegation comprising the representatives of all factions is heading to the assembly’s fall session,” Tolstoy told journalists on Sept. 25.
The PACE fall session is to take place in Strasbourg on Sept. 30-Oct. 4.
