Ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin has emphasized that an open and honest discussion is important for the further movement of Ukraine, and then negotiations with Russia.
“An open and honest discussion is important to understand where, when, and what for we will move forward. We lack it for sure. First, the discussion and then negotiations with the Russian Federation, not vice versa,” Klimkin tweeted on Saturday night.
He also noted that “it is time to end the discussion about the Steinmeier formula, as this only distracts and will lead to nothing.
“One shouldn’t impose it on us,” the ex-minister summed up.
